I specialize in a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, life transitions, and grief and loss. My particular interest lies in understanding the profound impact of loneliness on mental health, especially among young adults. I adopt a harm reduction approach to address substance use, ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Drawing on my training in lifestyle medicine and my research on the clinically significant benefits of yoga for depression and chronic pain we will consider the vital connection between your physical health and mental well-being. I am passionate about integrating yoga, meditation, and lifestyle practices into our therapeutic work, helping you create a path to greater fulfillment and joy. I look forward to meeting you.
